The Most Comprehensive Fat Loss Program Ever!

Loss!

After a watching UndergroundWellness‘s videos for a year now I just found out he posted a playlist of “The Most Comprehensive Program Ever!”.
I do agree to most of it except from the protein shake warning. Personally I think they are great and I don’t think they are that harmful. But the point is this is a great list of videos.

Why do humans tend to start doing any piece of work the day before a deadline? Especially us guys, somehow we leave it to the day itself to start figuring out what needs to be done.

ARRrrr!!
Tomorrow  I’m going to focus on my coursework after . This will include no TV, no Music, No Movies, No MSN, no Facebook & NO .

I hope by writing this I will keep to it as I only have 2 weeks left to get myself a good mark.
