The best Iphone/ipod app for fitness: iPump FitnessBuilder

I recently stumble upon this really cool app on the iTunes app store. It was what I was looking for in an health app. LOADS of workouts and programmes to chose from. It contains over 400 workouts and LOADS of programmes for different goals and environment. The best one is the home , this is really useful if you cannot afford the £20-40 membership fee for a .

The layout is easy to use, smooth and clean. The most userfriendly section is the workout customiser. It categorised all the workout nicely into two sections, Equipment and muscle group. This allows someone like me who wants to workout a certain muscle by using a specific equipment.

The pricing is somewhat affordable, it is around £10.99 which comes out expensive as an application for an iPhone/iTouch. The most I normally spend is £1.99. But after looking at their video I completely got into it, I had to have it.

Personally this is really cool, as I can now create my own workout every 2 weeks while trying out new workouts safely as instructed by their video tutorial.
