Meh, a quick update.
I am currently 96kg a drop from 99kg.
I tried to setup the email blogging on this wordpress install and nothing! It hasn’t posted anything!!! Pretty upset.
I started gym again after 2 week of being ill. I had some sort of virus/cold/flu that knocked me out fully for 2 weeks.
I’m back and will be posting more soon.
For those who are stuck at home and want to burn a few calories. I found this great list of exercise that you can do at home.

I just stumble upon this informative website on weight loss and exercises. The website is pretty good and very simple.
The way the articles are presented are informative and keeps you motivated. Like for someone who doesn’t like to do exercise it will convince them to do at least 15ming of exercise everyday for a year to lose 95lbs which is pretty amazing.

Image via WikipediaI went to the doc today, I went for a health check up. He took my weight, height, blood pressure.
He came up with a recommendation that I should lose weight from 95kg to around 80kg. I should also increase cardio and do less weights.
So for the next 6 months I am aiming to lose 5kg every 2 months so that I reach my goal of 80kg. It is going to be hard but I think I can do it. I have quit on Coke and most sugary stuff. I also cut down on chocolate but I sometimes take it once a while so that I don’t crave it as much.
Well except for today as I was a bit under the weather so I had to take some sugar or else I would have collapsed.
other news
This week I haven’t done much at all, I was ill since Monday so I did not have enough energy for a run or anything. But if everything is ok by tomorrow I would wait until Saturday and I’ll probably do something then.
