Tip #2: Avoid midnight snacks

If you want to keep your on the side, try avoiding high carb foods before going to sleep. And if you do find yourself wondering down the kitchen with an grumbling stomach try go for high protein foods as it will keep your stomach full for longer.

This is where a protein shake could help a lot. Pour yourself a mug or glass of protein shake with milk instead of water.( that is if your brand allows mixes with milk).

Having the Flu

For the past few days I have been at home trying to recover from the flu.

No, I don’t think it’s the swine flu. Maybe just the common flu.

While spending all my time in bed I have been trying to go through some dating/ approaching women audiobooks.
I know it sounds lame, but hey! I need some companionship after all that had happened to me.
I downloaded those books online and they are pretty profound.
They talk about inner attraction and how women are being approached daily and how we should approach differently.
Well anyway… Once I am feeling ok I’ll probably start trying some moves.

After a watching UndergroundWellness‘s videos for a year now I just found out he posted a playlist of “The Most Comprehensive Program Ever!”.
I do agree to most of it except from the protein shake warning. Personally I think they are great and I don’t think they are that harmful. But the point is this is a great list of videos.

I recently stumble upon this really cool app on the iTunes app store. It was what I was looking for in an health app. LOADS of workouts and programmes to chose from.
