Tip #2: Avoid midnight snacks

If you want to keep your on the side, try avoiding high carb foods before going to sleep. And if you do find yourself wondering down the kitchen with an grumbling stomach try go for high protein foods as it will keep your stomach full for longer.

This is where a protein shake could help a lot. Pour yourself a mug or glass of protein shake with milk instead of water.( that is if your brand allows mixes with milk).

  3. Vodka

Or to make look really weird and awesome, just pour it in this order:

  3. Jagermeister!

This shot will boost your confidence, lose your fear and keep you AWAKE for the night! Oh yeah I would recommend taking a RED BULL to keep yourself sober and aware while partying cheaply for the night!

Tip: Best place for a date: Coffee house

Remember when you were a kid and you thought taking a girl to the cinema was “the ultimate” dating place. Well you were wrong. Taking someone on a date is to find out about each other if you are compatible. And going to the cinema isn’t the ideal place if you haven’t interacted with her enough to strike her interest.

At the coffee house you can doze down a couple of coffee while talking for hours about each other. And as both of you know its a date, it’s ok to linger on and on about anything.

Except for certain topics to avoid:

  • Previous relationship
  • Complain about your work (not too much, just mention)
  • Lingering on and on about your work. (stay quick: 30 -60 seconds)

But remember to set another date if you feel that the date went well.

The Most Comprehensive Fat Loss Program Ever!

After a watching UndergroundWellness‘s videos for a year now I just found out he posted a playlist of “The Most Comprehensive Program Ever!”.
I do agree to most of it except from the protein shake warning. Personally I think they are great and I don’t think they are that harmful. But the point is this is a great list of videos.
