Lately I have been pretty busy.
I started university a few weeks ago and that really started to eat up all my time. A lot of books to go through and its hard to concentrate with work and my situation just running around my mind.

Stressful week?…maybe?

For the past week I have been a bit under stress.

I was depressed, I felt giving up on everything. I got to the point of not leaving my room. Which then led to not going to the gym or just going out fully. But somehow I was able to attend a party at a friends house which I enjoyed. I tried new things and discovered a new lifestyle (well I didn’t follow through with it as I am still not into this party stuff. But I am willing to go and follow through next time).

To tell you the truth it was the first time I went out to a party, drank and enjoyed myself. But it felt uncomfortable as I didn’t get drunk enough to get involved. Well that is what I thought. Overall I really enjoyed it, I talked to a few girls.

Well going back to the subject of having a stressful week, I did have my ups and downs throughout the week due to work and *other* issues (can’t talk about it right now, but I will). And somehow it cleared up over the weekend and I really got some of the stress and depression out of my system. For example now I am not angry at stupid mistakes from other people. I just somehow let it go, which feels weird and good. Yeah, I know it sounds a bit weird talking like that but I was depressed and angry for weeks and I just got pissed off for nothing.

If I keep that up everything will be alright.

Well I have to finish up, today I will continue tomorrow. Writing this felt really good. I will post some more tomorrow.

I just realised that I dropped from an XXL to and XL size

I was going through a few old jackets and clothes this morning and I realised some of them were xxl and now I am wearing XL size clothes.
I think this is a great achievement personally, dropping a cloth size.

I gain a little bit over this weekend as I had a BBQ and a pizza through saturday and sunday. I am now going to try go and fix my bike today and head to the gym.

I will see if they can fix my bike, if not I am getting a new bike.

Example of my programme

Here is a brief example of what my programme consists.

Bewarn this is only good if you have trained enough to withstand at least 3-5 session at the gym in a week lasting up to 1 hour.

Monday

Tuesday

  • Cardio, interval training at moderate speed
  • stretch

Wednesday

  • Active rest, walk about

Thursday

  • Lower intensity than monday
  • Cardio, quite extensive with interval training,
  • stretching all around the body
  • rowing
  • core exercises

Friday

  • If I have lost at least 1.5kg to 2kg I do exercise
  • if not I will do moderate cardio
  • exercise:
  • all body, bust mostly upper at quick and low resting time and at fast rate

Saturday

  • Rest or weights if I haven’t done it on friday
  • Or cycling

Sunday

  • Cycling, active rest
